Julia Zhang-Zedrosser

Julia Zhang-Zedrosser has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Julia started their career as a Representative & Area Sales Manager at VPI Vereinigte Papierindustrie Vienna & Hong Kong Rep office in 1991. Julia then worked as a Managing Director in Hong Kong at Unisource International from 1993 to 1997. In 2001, Julia worked in web marketing at Audientia for a year. From 2002 to 2013, they served as a Practice Director at MRIC - The MRI China Group, where they built and led the chemicals & materials recruitment practice team. In 2013, they joined Neumann Leadership Germany Gmbh as a Client Director for a brief period. Julia's most recent work experience is with Lenzing Group, starting in 2014. Julia held various roles, including Head of Global Recruitment / HR Employer Branding, Director of Corporate Recruitment, and currently serves as the Director of Corporate Talent & Recruitment.

Julia Zhang-Zedrosser completed their undergraduate education at the University of Vienna from 1984 to 1992, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Sinology and International law. Julia also participated in a postgraduate program in International Studies at the University of Vienna from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, Julia spent a year studying at Beijing University in 1987-1988, and another year at the Beijing Language Institute in 1986-1987.
