Peter Keppelmueller

Peter Keppelmueller has extensive work experience in various HR leadership roles. Peter is currently the Global Head of HR (SVP) at Lenzing Group, where they oversee a team of 150+ HR professionals and 8,000+ employees worldwide. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Corporate HR at Zumtobel Group and Vice President HR Europe at The HEINEKEN Company. Peter has also held HR leadership positions at Brau Union Österreich and The HEINEKEN Company, where they were responsible for managing HR organizations, implementing HR strategies, and leading post-merger integration efforts. Additionally, Peter Keppelmueller has experience as an Advisory Board Member at CoachHub and has served in various supervisory board and managerial roles throughout their career. Peter started their career as a Clinical Psychologist at Wagner Jauregg Hospital and co-owned a software design and consulting company before transitioning into HR.

Peter Keppelmueller obtained a Master's degree from Universität Innsbruck in 1997. Peter also completed various short-term programs in HR Management at Harvard Business School, London Business School, and MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® between 2001 and 2012. Additionally, they pursued a program in International Management at INSEAD in 2011.
