Sascha Pauss

Sascha Pauss has extensive experience in the field of reliability engineering and maintenance management. Currently serving as a Global Reliability Engineer at Lenzing Group since March 2020, responsibilities include maintenance technologies, plant equipment reliability, asset management, preventive maintenance, detailed engineering related to maintenance and reliability, and life cycle cost considerations. Prior to this role, Sascha Pauss worked as an Instandhaltungstechniker at Lenzing fibers from September 2007 to March 2020. Educational qualifications include a degree as an Akademischer Maintenance Manager from Fachhochschule Kärnten, completed between 2012 and 2014, focusing on asset management and maintenance technology.
