Education and Teaching

The Education and Teaching team at LEO Academy Trust is responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences to pupils across the Trust's nine primary academies. This team's core duties include developing and implementing curriculum standards, supporting special educational needs (SEND) students, and ensuring academic and holistic development. Led by the Executive Director of Education, the School Principals and Teaching Assistants collaborate to foster an inclusive and effective learning environment, ultimately striving to unlock every child's full potential and prepare them to be confident, independent, and globally-minded citizens.
