Stephanie McRae

Stephanie (Fennell) McRae, CHRL (She/Her) has a strong background in human resources, with several years of experience in leadership roles. Stephanie is currently the SVP, Head of Human Resources at Saatchi & Saatchi Canada and Leo Burnett Canada. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Human Resources at both companies. Stephanie also worked at TAXI as the Global Human Resources Director from 2012 to 2020. Before that, they served as the VP, Director of Human Resources at BBDO Toronto/Proximity Canada and as a Human Resource Manager at Grip Limited. In 2020, Stephanie took on the role of Head of Diversity & Inclusion - Canada at Publicis Groupe Canada.

Stephanie (Fennell) McRae, CHRL (She/Her) obtained a Human Resource Management degree from Fanshawe College in 2005. Prior to that, they completed their BA.HONS. in Political Science at Western University from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) Designation. Stephanie also holds certifications as a Mental Health First Aid Certified from the Mental Health Commission of Canada in 2021, and as a Myers-Briggs Certified (MBTI, Step I&II) from Psychometrics Canada in 2013.
