Jill Reformado

Jill Reformado has over 17 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Jill started their career at DeltaGroup Staffing as an Account Manager in 2004 and then worked as a Recruiter at Global Employment Solutions in 2005. In the same year, they joined Spherion On-Site with Grainger as a Senior Recruiter. From 2006 to 2010, Jill worked as a Recruiter at Arc Worldwide | Leo Burnett USA. In 2010, they became a Recruiting Director at Leo Burnett, where they gained extensive experience recruiting for various roles across Publicis Creative. Jill currently holds the position of Vice President, Recruiting Director (Publicis Creative) at Leo Burnett.

Jill Reformado completed their Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature at Loyola University Chicago in 2001.
