Jim Holt

Jim Holt has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jim began their career as a Web Developer at Epoch Internet in 1995. Jim then founded Bluefish Interactive in 1996 and managed the company until 2001. From 2001 to 2002, Jim worked as a Senior Project Manager at Great Lakes Technologies Group, where they oversaw the execution of Handleman Music's e-commerce platform. Jim then moved on to Handleman Online as a Manager of Production Systems Support, implementing processes that significantly increased system uptime. In 2003, Jim joined i33 Communications as a Senior Project Manager for a year. Jim then joined Campbell-Ewald in 2005 as a Vice President of Project Management, where they had various responsibilities including overseeing the delivery of all digital solutions for Chevrolet and initiating cost-saving initiatives. In 2009, they joined iCrossing (formerly Proxicom) as a Senior Director of Delivery Management and remained there until 2014. Currently, Jim is serving as a Senior Vice President of Digital Operations at Leo Burnett.

Jim Holt attended St. Petersburg College from 1993 to 1994, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. In 2012, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
