Andy Harley

Andy Harley has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. Andy began their career in 1999 at Philips Consumer Electronics as a Chief Accountant, where they were responsible for Sarbanes Oxley compliance in the UK. Andy then took on the role of IT Business Analyst and Finance & Admin Team Leader SAP Implementation. In 2007, they moved to Philips Avent as a Business Controller, where they executed the Post Merger Integration process. In 2011, they joined Elekta as Vice President Finance Business Line Linacs, where they were the finance lead for the largest segment of the company with full P&L responsibility. Andy then took on the roles of Director Business Control Supply Chain and Product Lifecycle, Director Business Control Comprehensive Oncology Solutions, and Director Business Control Oncology. In 2020, they joined Leo Cancer Care as Chief Financial Officer.

Andy Harley obtained their Professional Qualification- CIMA in 1995, and obtained an Accountancy & Finance degree from Brighton Polytechnic between 1990 and 1992.
