Fiona Redford has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2010 as a Shop Assistant at the Student Union Shop, they then moved to Laura Ashley as a Sales Advisor in 2011. In the same year, they were also the Event Creator, Human Resources Manager, Communications Manager and Public Relations Manager for the Cowdray May Day Fayre. In 2010, they also worked as a Front of House/ Receptionist/ Assisted Event Coordinator at The George Hotel in Rye. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at The Turner Agency as an Account Executive for Events, including Pharmaceutical. In 2014, they worked as an Events Coordinator for the Not-for-profit Hospice in the Weald. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Brakes UK, first as a Customer Experience Marketing Manager, then as a Marketing Manager for New Business/ Acquisition Marketing, Lead Generation & Sales, and finally as a Marketing Manager. In 2020, they began their current role as Head of Marketing at Leo Cancer Care, where they are responsible for branding, creating marketing collateral, and event management.

Fiona Redford has a comprehensive education history. From 2017 to 2019, they attended CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, where they earned a Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing. Fiona also holds certifications from Google, CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, and Welcome to Excellence. From 2008 to 2012, they attended the University of Chichester, where they earned a BA Hons in Events Management.
