Andreas Christian Nielsen serves as the Head of PSIO Performance Optimization at LEO Pharma, where leadership of an international team focuses on enhancing commercial execution across multiple key markets, including Germany, the United Kingdom, and Japan. Nielsen holds a proven track record in global Go-to-Market strategies, brand performance optimization, and collaboration with key stakeholders. Previous roles at LEO Pharma include Director of US Commercial Operations, where Nielsen was instrumental in biologic drug launch excellence, and various strategic positions including Chief of Staff to the CEO. Prior to LEO Pharma, Nielsen worked as a Management Consultant at PA Consulting Group and has a solid educational background, featuring a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School and additional qualifications in leadership and pharmaceuticals.
