With a background in managing multi-cultural teams and negotiating complex agreements, Hasse has held key roles in companies like LEO Pharma, Novozymes, and Genmab. As a Head of R&D China and Director in various capacities, Hasse's expertise in contract management, alliance management, and company establishment have been invaluable to the organizations Hasse has worked with. A Copenhagen Business School MBA graduate, Hasse also has experience as a Medicinal Chemist and Owner of a pharmaceutical company.
