Justyna Czechowicz

Justyna Czechowicz is a seasoned professional in ethics and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Ethics and Compliance for Central/Eastern Europe, LATAM, and MENA at LEO Pharma since December 2022. Prior to this role, Justyna held various positions at DaVita Kidney Care from July 2017 to December 2022, including Compliance Director and Senior Compliance Manager. Earlier experience includes compliance-related roles at Baumit Polska and Saint-Gobain, as well as sales positions at Eurobox Sp. z o.o. Justyna holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Lodz, complemented by further education at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
