Mathias Gruber

Mathias Gruber is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Chief Data Scientist at LEO Pharma since November 2019, Mathias has focused on developing an in-house MLOps framework utilizing open-source technologies for effective ML model transitions in regulated industries. Prior to LEO Pharma, Mathias held various roles at Novozymes, including Senior Data Science and AI lead, where projects involved applying deep learning to protein sequences and developing sales forecasting models. Additionally, as CEO and Lead Developer at Studie-Tech ApS, Mathias created an online ninja game. Mathias holds a Master of Science in Nanotechnology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Copenhagen, complemented by a Nanodegree in Deep Reinforcement Learning from Udacity.
