Meredith Abby

Meredith Abby is the Regional Business Manager at LEO Pharma, where they launched the company's first biologic, Adbry, in the Pacific Northwest Region. Since 2021, they have focused on building a high-performing team and fostering a supportive culture. Previously, Meredith held various leadership roles, including Cardiovascular Area Business Leader at Sanofi, where they led the launch of a major drug in Northern California and Nevada. They earned an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of California, Davis, after completing a BA in Human Development at UC San Diego.
