Morten Hoveroust

Morten Hoveroust is an accomplished attorney-at-law with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Currently serving as the Head of M&A Legal at LEO Pharma since August 2017, Morten has played a pivotal role in key strategic acquisitions and their integration. Morten's previous positions include multiple roles at SkinVision and as a lead corporate counsel at DLA Piper, where significant involvement in major M&A transactions was established. Morten's expertise also encompasses a secondment at Nets Denmark A/S, contributing to the company's IPO process. In addition to legal practice, Morten has served as an instructor at the University of Copenhagen, teaching foundational courses to first-year law students. Morten's academic credentials include multiple law degrees, including LL.M. qualifications from Chicago-Kent College of Law and the University of Copenhagen.
