Rhianon Ebsworth

Rhianon Ebsworth currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Director at LEO Pharma since April 2025. Prior to this role, Rhianon held several positions at Novo Nordisk from September 2011 to April 2025, including Ethics & Compliance Director for Region North West Europe and Senior Compliance Counsel. Rhianon has also worked as a Senior Corporate Counsel in Pharma Law and undertook secondments providing legal support across various regions. Previous experience includes serving as Chair of Sidley Austin's ctlegal network, which focused on in-house counsel in clinical trials. Rhianon holds an LLB in Law & Criminology from Cardiff University and a Legal Practice Course qualification from Northumbria University.
