Tomas Schou Winther

Tomas Schou Winther, MBA MSc, currently serves as Executive Director for Global EHS & GPS Sustainability at LEO Pharma since January 2017, after progressing through roles including Senior Director and Director of Global EHS and Energy. Prior to this, Tomas held various positions at Novo Nordisk from May 2011 to January 2017, focusing on Triple Bottom Line Management and Global EHS. From September 2000 to May 2011, Tomas contributed to Brødrene Hartmann A/S as Director of R&D and Sustainability. Earlier career experience includes project management roles at LEO Pharma and a position as a Chemist at Novo Nordisk A/S. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Henley Business School and a Master's in Science from Roskilde University, complemented by additional studies at IMD and the University of Greenwich.
