Hindol Basu

Hindol Basu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and digital transformation. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Leobrix since November 2023, Hindol leads the development of a next-generation digital transformation platform that integrates Decision Automation and Generative AI. Prior to this, Hindol co-founded Actify Data Labs and served as Partner at Tata Insights and Quants, where leadership focused on advancing data-driven decision-making across Tata group companies. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Analytic Sciences at FICO, where strategic analytics solutions were developed for consumer financial services, and Vice President at Citigroup, overseeing risk modeling and analysis. Hindol's analytical expertise is further demonstrated through senior managerial roles at D&B TransUnion and Citibank, with a strong foundation in finance and quantitative methods from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, complemented by a BTech in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
