Huayu Wu

Huayu Wu is an accomplished accounting associate at LEON ACCOUNTING AND TAX LLC, specializing in supporting small and local business owners from marginalized communities with their bookkeeping and tax needs. Previous experience includes roles as a registered behavior analysis interventionist at Kyo, where data-driven support was provided to the neurodivergent community, and as a precollege programs teacher and mentor at Oregon State University, focusing on youth development across diverse backgrounds. Additional internships at Geffen Mesher, Juice House, Multnomah County, ROSE Community Development Corporation, and Self Enhancement, Inc. have equipped Huayu with a broad skill set in accounting, community advocacy, and social media analytics. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Technology & Analytics at Portland State University, Huayu's dedication to service and positive impact has been evident throughout various professional endeavors.
