Agustin Amaro

Agustin Amaro is an experienced construction manager with a strong background in healthcare, retail, and mixed-use projects. Currently serving as Construction Manager at Leon Medical Centers since March 2020, Agustin oversees all construction aspects, ensuring quality assurance and risk management while coordinating between various stakeholders. Previous roles include Director of Construction at Konover South, where responsibilities encompassed capital improvement real estate development, tenant allowance projections, and construction management for projects exceeding $100 million in assets. Agustin also held positions at Subway, overseeing numerous renovations and new locations, and contributed significantly to the development of multiple retail bank branches at BankAtlantic. With expertise in project management dating back to roles in architectural design and tenant coordination, Agustin holds a BA in Construction Technology from Valencia College and a BA in Civil Engineering from Universidad de La Laguna.
