Kayonique McKenzie is an experienced chef with a diverse culinary background. Currently serving as a Personal Chef at Leon Medical Centers since July 2019, Kayonique has also held significant roles at Treasure Sands Club since January 2012, initially as Head Chef and then as Sous Chef, where responsibilities included kitchen management, inventory procurement, and menu development. Prior experience includes positions as Head Chef at Sandals Royal Bahamian and Chef de Partie at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where culinary skills were developed from a breakfast cook to overseeing various kitchen stations. Kayonique began the culinary journey as a Kitchen Helper at Musha Cay & The Islands of Copperfield Bay. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Cornell University and an Associates in Culinary Arts from the College of The Bahamas, along with ongoing studies for an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training at Miami Dade College.
