Ted Bess

Ted Bess is an experienced asset manager currently employed at LNWA & Arbor Management since June 2022. Previously, Ted served as a senior property manager at Legacy Residential from August 2021 to January 2022, and as a district manager at Conifer Realty, LLC from March 2020 to January 2021. Additional experience includes holding the position of senior property manager at Edgewood Management between January 2019 and March 2020, property manager at Pennrose from October 2015 to January 2019, and property manager and assistant property manager at WinnCompanies from December 2008 to October 2015. Ted holds a Bachelor's degree in Residential Property Management/Resource Management from Virginia Tech and is a graduate of Frank W. Cox High School.
