Joy Hume

Joy Hume is an experienced professional in warranty management and operations support, currently serving as the Warranty Manager for Leonard Bus Sales, Inc. since January 2019. Prior to this role, Joy held various positions at DeCarolis Truck Rental Inc., including Warranty/Operations Support Manager and Purchasing Manager from March 2002 to January 2019. Joy also worked as a Warranty Administrator at Regional International Corp. and Boyles Motor Sales Inc., and began a career in retail as a Store Trainer at Ames Dept Store from March 1986 to June 1997. Joy's extensive background in warranty administration and operational support is complemented by a high school education from Lockport Senior High School.
