Prior to this, John held various managerial and development roles at Liberata, Capita, Phoenix Group, Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, NORTHERN STAR INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED, and Eagle Star Life. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science from Staffordshire University.
