Alyse joined LGP as an associate in 2003. Prior to joining LGP, she had been in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse First Boston (formerly DLJ) in their Los Angeles office. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Aersale, Aspen Dental, CHG Healthcare Services, ExamWorks, Eyemart Express, MDVIP, and RestorixHealth, among others. In addition, Alyse is actively involved in LGP’s investments in MultiPlan, North American Partners in Anesthesia, and Prospect Medical. Her previous board positions include Animal Health International and U.S. Renal Care. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
