Andrew Goldberg

Andrew joined Leonard Green & Partners as General Counsel in 2016 and is responsible for legal, compliance, ESG, operations, and human resources. Prior to joining LGP, Andrew was Counsel at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York, and prior to that, he was Of Counsel at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Andrew received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.S., summa cum laude, from Yeshiva University. Andrew serves on the boards of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of LA and BJE (Builders of Jewish Education) of LA. Andrew is a California Registered In-House Counsel.
