John Danhakl

John joined LGP in 1995. Previously John was a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of DLJ, which he joined in 1990, and where he worked extensively with LGP as its lead investment banker. Prior to DLJ, John was a Vice President in corporate finance at Drexel from 1985 to 1990. John presently serves on the Board of Directors of Advantage Solutions, Charter Next Generation, Eyemart Express, Life Time Fitness, Mister Car Wash, MultiPlan, SRS Distribution, and WellSky, as well as IQVIA (a former LGP portfolio company) and Genani Corporation. His previous board positions include Air Lease Corporation, Animal Health International, Arden Group, Big 5 Sporting Goods, CCC Information Services, Communications & Power Industries, Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, Insight Global, J.Crew, Leslie’s Poolmart, Liberty Group Publishing, MEMC Electronic Materials, Neiman Marcus Group, Packers Sanitation Services, Petco, Phoenix Scientific, Rite Aid, The Tire Rack, and VCA. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
