Caleb Pai

Caleb Pai is a dedicated engineering professional with experience in test engineering, data acquisition, avionics, and software development. Currently serving as a Test and Electrical Engineer Intern at Leonardo DRS, Caleb has previously held significant roles at Cal Poly Pomona Liquid Rocket Lab, including Data Acquisition and Avionics Team Lead and Thermo-Fluids & Flight Analysis Team Member. Responsibilities included developing launch vehicle trajectory code, conducting aerodynamic analysis, and analyzing flight test data. Additionally, as a Software Engineer Intern at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Caleb enhanced a Python simulator codebase and developed a user-friendly front-end GUI. In a collaborative effort with Northrop Grumman, Caleb worked as a System Engineer on an autonomous aircraft project, utilizing various engineering tools to meet design requirements. Education includes pursuit of a degree at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, building on a foundational high school diploma in Computer Science from Cerritos High School.
