Carlos Palomino

Carlos Palomino, MBA, PMP, is an experienced operations and program management professional with a strong background in engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Video Tutorial instructor at Learn with CUP since March 2022, Carlos creates educational content focusing on MS Excel and other MS Office applications. In addition, Carlos holds the role of Director of Operations Program Management and Senior Operations Program Manager at Leonardo DRS since June 2020. Previous positions include Lead Design Engineer and Quality Assurance Manager at Joyson Safety Systems, where Carlos implemented design improvements, led quality teams, and achieved significant reductions in customer quality concerns. Carlos has also held roles such as Production Manager at Standard Motor Products and Operations Manager at ARC Automotive, where a focus on lean manufacturing and safety enhancements was instrumental. Carlos earned an MBA in Quality and Productivity from Universidad Tecmilenio and a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico Reynosa.
