Christopher Roath

Christopher Roath is a Senior Process Engineer at Leonardo DRS, where responsibilities include enhancing manufacturing throughput and yields for various infrared detector product lines, along with implementing LEAN methodologies to achieve cost reductions. Previously, Christopher held multiple roles at VSI Parylene, including Director of Research and Development, where contributions focused on developing new processes and materials, and Engineering Manager, overseeing the expansion of manufacturing facilities while ensuring quality standards. Earlier experience includes positions at the University of Colorado Boulder, where leadership in microfluidic device development and teaching assistance was provided, and at Florida International University, managing cleanroom standards and conducting research. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University.
