Gail Baker

Gail Baker has extensive experience in aerospace and defense leadership, currently serving on the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee at Leonardo DRS since 2021. Prior roles include serving as a member of the Board of Advisors at Capewell and holding several key positions at Aerojet Rocketdyne, where leadership included Chair of the Nomination and Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Baker's previous leadership roles at Collins Aerospace and UTC Aerospace Systems encompassed titles such as President of Aftermarket Services and Site Executive, alongside various senior vice president and vice president roles. Professional experience began at Hamilton Sundstrand, with positions ranging from General Manager to Program Management. Baker holds a Master of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, alongside additional business education from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
