Kevin Benning

Kevin Benning serves as Chief Engineer for the RF Systems Line of Business at Leonardo DRS since January 2018, overseeing engineering leadership and business development in radar and RF communications. Prior to this role, Kevin Benning held several positions at UTC Aerospace Systems, including IPT Lead for Air Data Systems and Mechanical Design Lead for air data system probes, contributing to significant projects and earning three patents. Kevin Benning's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Goodrich, where notable achievements include the development of external camera systems for major aircraft, and positions at JDS Uniphase and IBM focused on process development and engineering innovation. Kevin Benning holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University.
