Michele Stevener

Michele Stevener is an experienced professional in benefits management, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Benefits at Leonardo DRS since June 2021. Prior to this role, Michele worked at Northrop Grumman for over 25 years, most recently as the Sr. Manager of Benefits Communications, Education, and Engagement, where responsibilities included designing integrated communication strategies to enhance employee attraction, motivation, and engagement. Michele holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration and Statistical Analysis from The George Washington University School of Business.
