Richard Sparks

Richard Sparks has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain and Subcontracts at Leonardo DRS since August 2009. In this role, Richard has successfully implemented world-class supply chain processes, consolidating operations to enhance competitiveness and profitability. Prior to this position, Richard held various leadership roles at General Dynamics, including Program Director for the Joint Tactical Radio System Business Office and Director of Operations and Supply Chain. Richard also accumulated significant experience at Motorola Integrated Information Systems, where notable achievements included substantial cost savings and operational improvements. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University.
