Tim Groff

Tim Groff is currently the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Management at Leonardo DRS, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as the Director of Supply Chain Management at BAE Systems from 2018 to 2023 and held various roles in supply chain and project management, including Principal Subcontracts Administrator at BAE Systems, Inc. from 2009 to 2016, and Materials Manager at Mercury Systems from 2016 to 2018. Tim has also worked as a Project Manager at Property Innovations from 2004 to 2009. They earned a degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice/Prelaw from the University of Connecticut between 2000 and 2004.
