Maura Lanzoni

Maura Lanzoni is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving in the Group Legal Affairs of the Legal Aircraft Division at Leonardo since March 2023, Lanzoni also holds the position of Head of Legal, Corporate Affairs, and Compliance at Leonardo Logistics since April 2019. As a Legal Counsel at FCA SEPIN since May 2015, responsibilities include managing international contracts, IT contracts, privacy, and compliance matters. Prior experience includes a role as Legal Counsel at FIAT GROUP AUTOMOBILES from March 2001 to May 2015, focusing on administrative, environmental, building, real estate, energy law, and compliance. Lanzoni began a legal career as a Junior Legal Counsel at Henkel Spa from 2000 to 2001. Academically, Lanzoni holds a laurea in giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Salerno, graduated cum laude in 1997.
