Beth Hollands is currently a Principal Systems Engineer and Early Careers Manager at Leonardo, where they have progressed through a variety of roles since 2021. Prior to their current position, Beth served as a Business Support Manager and held several engineering roles, including Senior Supportability Engineer and Graduate Supportability Engineer. They completed their education with a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree with First Class Honours from Durham University in 2017, following their high school education at St Albans High School for Girls. Beth began their career with summer placements at Selex ES and other engineering firms, where they gained valuable experience in mechanical engineering and systems processes.
