With a solid foundation starting as an Oracle DBA and developer, Cathy has spent the last 15 years bridging the gap between Business and IT, excelling in business and systems analysis throughout the software development lifecycle. Cathy's expertise includes production of business cases, business transformation, and leading teams on multi-million pound projects across various sectors. Past roles have included key positions at Rolls-Royce, Greene King, and Nottingham Trent University, where Cathy contributed to significant digital transformations and project implementations. Cathy earned a BSc(Hons) in Pure, Applied, and Computational Mathematics from The University of Sheffield.
