Jacopo Cuscianna

Jacopo Cuscianna is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of HR and Organisation for both the Helicopters and Electronics Divisions at Leonardo since February 2019. Prior to this role, Jacopo held the position of Head of HR & Organisation at Telespazio Spa from December 2015 to February 2019. Previous experience includes various HR leadership roles at AgustaWestland from August 2011 to November 2015 and multiple HR positions at Finmeccanica from April 2002 to September 2011, encompassing talent management and compensation strategies. Jacopo Cuscianna holds an MSc in Philosophy, Policy and Social Value from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Diploma di Laurea in Philosophy from Sapienza Università di Roma.
