Lee Gladstone

Lee Gladstone is an experienced Programme Manager with a background in the defence and transportation sectors, currently serving as Programme Manager - Combat Air and Head of Programme - Mission Systems at Leonardo since October 2021. Prior to this, Gladstone held leadership roles at Raytheon UK and GTR, including Head of ATMS Programme and Head of Projects Integration, respectively. With extensive experience at Transport for London, responsibilities included managing significant capital delivery projects and engineering upgrades across various underground lines. Earlier career roles include key positions at Visteon Corporation and Ford Motor Company, where expertise encompassed manufacturing engineering, project management, and customer relationship management. Gladstone holds degrees in Engineering Business Management and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick and the University of East London, as well as a master's degree from the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
