Richard Arthur is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Capability at Leonardo, Richard has a proven track record of fostering positive relationships and exceeding financial goals as Head of Engineering Projects. As the Founder of TigBee, a web design and development company, Richard applies entrepreneurial skills to deliver innovative solutions. Previously, as Technical Director at Primetake Ltd, Richard led technology development initiatives, while at BAE Systems, Richard successfully managed projects and cultivated leadership capabilities in multiple roles, from Senior Explosives Scientist to Business Group Engineering Manager. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Aston University, a Master of Science in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the University of Birmingham, and an MBA from The Open University.
