Rob Norris

Rob Norris is a Systems Engineering People and Capability Lead with extensive experience in both Defence and Commercial Industries. They have focused their career on the integration, testing, and acceptance of complex systems, managing requirements verification using DOORS. Rob has held various engineering roles at leading companies, including Leonardo, Xerox, and Lockheed Martin, and has engaged in acceptance events and sea trials. Currently, they are pursuing a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering Management at UCL, building on their foundational education in Electronic and Software Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
