Rob Suttling

Rob Suttling is a seasoned business leader currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Leonardo, where they support clients in embedding security within organizational culture. Previously, they held significant roles at QinetiQ as Capability Group Leader, L-3 Communications TRL Technology as VP Surveillance Systems, and SELEX S&AS as Programme Manager for Land and Naval Systems. Throughout their career, Rob has successfully led multidisciplinary teams across the UK and Europe, managed complex programs, and driven annual revenues exceeding £30 million. They obtained a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
