Stuart Chapman

Stuart Chapman is an experienced professional in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as Transformation Lead at Leonardo since August 2023. With a robust background that includes roles such as Director at Continuous Engagement Ltd and Systems Thinking Coach at Curo, Stuart has focused on enhancing performance through engagement and process visibility. Previous experience includes positions as Principal Consultant at Visa, Head of Continuous Improvement at British Gas, and various continuous improvement leadership roles at Lloyds Banking Group, where strategic changes were implemented across multiple KPIs. An accomplished Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Stuart has also led teams in performance analysis and has contributed to significant improvements in organizational metrics at General Dynamics UK Limited. Stuart holds a BEng(Hons) in Engineering Design and Manufacture from the University of Hull.
