Dominic Leong has a diverse work experience in academia and architecture. Dominic is currently working as an Adjunct Associate Professor at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art since 2022. Prior to this, in 2022, they co-founded Hawai'i Non-Linear. Dominic also served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University in the City of New York starting from 2013. In 2009, they were the Owner/Partner at LEONG LEONG Architecture. Dominic Leong also worked as an Invited Visiting Lecturer at Massachusetts Institute of Technology from February 2021 to June 2021.
Dominic Leong completed their Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University for the academic year 2002-2003.
