Amine Ben Salem

Amine Ben Salem is an experienced professional in operations excellence, currently serving as the Head of Operations Excellence for Sousse Plants at LEONI since September 2020. Prior to this role, Amine held the position of Continuous Improvement Coordinator and completed an end-of-studies project focused on optimizing production flows in the BMW unit, utilizing various analytical tools such as VSM and Pareto analysis. Additional experience includes an internship at 3M Concept, focusing on mold design and plastic injection, as well as simulations of the stamping process and water flow using ABAQUS during internships at AMS Entreprise. Amine holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the National Engineering School of Monastir and completed preliminary engineering studies at the Preparatory Institute for Engineering Studies of Monastir.
