Dorel Julean

Dorel Julean has extensive experience in production preparation and quality management, notably serving as Process Technology / Production Preparation Manager at LEONI from January 2012 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing the production preparation team and overseeing the installation of production equipment in collaboration with quality management and safety departments. Additionally, Dorel held the role of Engineering Project Manager, responsible for project management and resource allocation during the transfer of production to a new facility. Previously, Dorel worked as Quality Project Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, coordinating quality operations and managing a team of quality professionals. Dorel holds a Master's degree in Financial and Accounting Administration from Universitatea „Aurel Vlaicu” din Arad, completed between 2007 and 2009, and has a similar Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the same institution, completed from 2003 to 2007.
