Prior roles include Director of Labor, Employment & Compliance at HBO Latin America, and Corporate Senior Counsel at Kellogg Company, where strategic legal guidance was provided across various Latin American markets. Beginning a career as an Associate at Baker & McKenzie, Veronica possesses extensive expertise in labor and employment law, compliance practices, and risk management. Veronica holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
