Dr. Rahul R. Panchal is the founder and CTO of the company. He is also the President of the company. Dr. Panchal holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MS and Ph.D. degree in Plastics Engineering and Polymer Science from UML. He is an inventor of game-changing MVSS technology for the injection molding industry. Dr. Panchal has over 17 years of professional experience in the plastics injection molding industry and medical device manufacturing. Throughout his career, Dr. Panchal brought several medical devices from concept to manufacturing and implemented new methods for better process control. He is also a successful technical leader and mentor.
