Christian Richter

Christian Richter has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Christian started their career in 2006 as a Coordinator for Public Relations at Jugendamt Leipzig. Christian then worked as a Production Assistant at Süddeutsche TV and Bayerl und Partner in 2007. In 2007, they also joined B.O.A. Videofilmkunst GmbH as a Project Manager for Video Disposition and later became a Project Leader for DVD Production, Encoding/Transcoding. In 2013, they joined Universum Film GmbH as an Operations Manager for Digital Distribution and progressed to roles like Senior Operations Manager and Senior Program & Rights Manager. Christian worked on coordinating film and series delivery to various platforms, developing internal tools, and optimizing processes. Their most recent experience includes working at LEONINE Studios as the Head of Operations & Processes Digital Sales, where they are responsible for automating processes, leading the Digital Operations Team, and coordinating their own streaming services.

Christian Richter attended HTWK Leipzig from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Dipl.-Ing f. Medientechnik (FH) degree in the field of Medientechnik. Christian also holds a TOEIC certification from Spracheninstitut Leipzig, which they obtained in January 2002. In addition to their formal education, Christian has obtained several additional certifications including a Data Scientist Nanodegree from Udacity in December 2019, a Python Bootcamp: Vom Anfänger zum Profi, inkl. Data Science certification from Udemy in July 2018, a Java Intensivtraining für Sprachumsteiger mit Erfahrung in OOP certification from Integrata AG in 2018, a Business Analyst Nanodegree Programm from Udacity in December 2017, a VBA - Fortgeschrittene Programmierung von Excel 2007-2013 certification from Integrata AG in August 2016, a Universum Film Master Class Absolvent certification from Universum Film GmbH in 2016, and a VBA - Grundlagen Office Programmierung certification from Integrata AG in July 2015.
